Genom lekfull rörelse-mekanik, kontakt improvisation, neurologisk träning och diskussion utforskar vi hur du kan utveckla din kreativitet och teknik inom yogan och ta dig till en plats du aldrig varit.

Join Mateusz Krawiec and Taylor Cope for a three hour exploration of playful movement mechanics, neurological training discussion and follow these elements into the space of improvisation.

Both greatly influenced by the work of Ido Portal Movement Culture - Taylor and Mateusz have come to recognise the importance and fun of bringing in improvisation to already integrated Yoga skills. Educational and playful, we will weave elements of contact improvisation, animal movements, handstands and arm balances together to take you to a place you’ve never been before.


Taylor Cope
Hailing from Sydney Australia, Taylor has spent the last two years traveling Europe, teaching and learning. Originally from a Rock Climbing and Power Yoga background, training in Embodied Flow Yoga, Gaga Dance and the Ido Portal Method has seen a unique and playful style of teaching Asana emerge. Fiery,

Deeply Earthy and always a little cheeky to add on top - His teaching will leave a mark on you.

Teaching Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa (på Yogarummet), Restorative Yoga and Contact Improvisation
In past basketball coach and then performing with Anima Dance Company. Studying with Ido Portal Movement Culture and meeting Ido gave me very fresh perspectives on my practice. I am interested in Yoga practice which will give us liquid strength adaptability in nervous system to changing scenarios.
